Mac & Chick by Sublime is our answer to every message, every “when are you coming back,” and every craving you’ve been sitting with.
The mac and cheese is back. All of it — sharp cheddar, Monterey Jack, béchamel made fresh every single day, finished with a butter-toasted panko crust that gives way to something impossibly creamy underneath. The chicken is double-fried to order in glazes and rubs with real range — from Gochujang to Nashville Hot Honey to Garlic Butter. The loaded fries are hand-cut Kennebec potatoes built like a chef’s composition, because a loaded fry should be a meal worth remembering.
